MATHS for practice and revision (books 1 – 5) A series of five books designed for children aged between 9 and 14, upto Key Stage 3. The format of all the books includes methods and worked examples shown on the left hand side of the page whilst giving questions to work through on the right. For the 11 plus entrance exams, parents and students may find that Book 1 covers all basic maths that is essential and is very likely to come up in the entrance examinations. Book 2 also covers a great deal of information such as factors, square roots and plane figures and provides practice questions to help familiarise students with what they may face in more advanced 11 plus tests. Book 3, 4, 5 again contain extensive practice in many areas of mathematics however for the purpose of the eleven plus examinations only selected areas should be attempted such as simple algebraic equations, and properties of circles that frequent many entrance examinations. There is one answer book containing answers to all five books.
