Not a book as such but there are plenty of resources e.g. KS3 'old' tests on www.emaths.co.uk; these have answers.

Which year group is your child in?

The most recent update of the New First Aid in English now comprises answers to the end of book comprehensions, in the new NFA answer book.

Close Reading 11-14 by Mary Ralston (or Firth) by Hodder is also a very useful comprehension book, with answers.

Don't forget that this year there is the GPS test too. Old fashioned grammar books will be very handy from what I've seen. Too tired to remember the author, but book three is great for the Essex 11+ and should be good for the GPS test.
