Please advise on how to punctuate the following sentence with commas.

Judy my mother and Tomy my father went to visit Grandpa.

Judy, my mother, and Tomy, my father, went to visit Grandpa.

The only way I can interpret this sentence is that Judy and Tomy are the mother and father of the person who went to visit his/her Grandpa.

'My mother'and 'my father' are relative clauses , so are surrounded by commas...I think!

And you can remove the words surrounded by commas without changing the meaning of the sentence.
