Reading Boys: How did your DS find the exam this year?

Hi All

We are trying to prepare DS for Reading boys. How did your DS find the exams . Did they change the format this year or is it still MCQ for Reasoning, English and maths?

Son found it hard but that was as he collapsed with flu and hour after - but he has just got an offer. It was multiple choice and i believe they aggregate the 3 scores and draw a line after top 100 (after dealing with SEN places). He also did some other entrance papers for a very highly academically selective independent school and thought the Reading ones were quite a lot easier than those exams (he passed those as well but was deemed not suitable for boarding)
