Can anyone help. I am new to all this and was considering looking at tutoring for boy in yr 5 next year. No doubt left it all too late, but considering borlaise and reading grammar - I know the exam systems are different. Found AE tuition in Slough on website, but expensive courses and dont know if any good. Any information much appreciated.

Hi Ukhad,

Not to late to start DIY tutoring. :) . That is what this site is all about. We started slowly in the summer after year 4 giving us a sixteen month run up to the Reading exam. I did the maths/VR/NVR and got a recent graduate via a tutor agency to help with English, she had been to Kendrick and so knew the ropes. Good luck. :)

PS Bear in mind that Reading have a designated area.
