Many parents will start paying school fees from this September. One of the areas when remortgaging is affordability and nearly all lenders are now taking school fees into account. So if you're considering changing lender to get a better rate or deal, remortgaging prior to school fees might be worth investigating. Also worth reviewing life insurance amounts too.
