Dd got into Kendrick.
Good luck to everyone waiting. Well done to everyone so far regardless. You and your dcs should be proud.

Congratulations to all your DD and DS - couldn't post that earlier as I was blinded by the light of the iPad at 4am.

Many congratulations to all new Kendrick girls and their parents. It was us last year ( and 4 years ago).

For those still waiting, Kendrick have just posted a new FAQ on their site. This implies that current cut off includes some, but not all, those on 113. There are 68 girls on wait list but no indication how many of those are in catchment. My thoughts are with those remaining in the twilight zone a bit longer.

Yay for Tinkers' and Baileylane's dds :-)

I read the "adjusted for DA" bit in brackets a few lines up as probably meaning the waiting list is only those within the DA over 109? There's usually a fair bit of movement up from the waiting list, but not 68 girls, so why bother wait-listing the out of areas? Conjecture :-)

Do they still rank those on the same score by distance? So, Readmum, are you reasonably near? ;-)

Readmum wrote::D DD got into Kendrick. Score of 113-very happy
:D Thanks for sharing that, gave us some hope this morning, confirmed by the school website.

I've played with the numbers and think best we can hope for on 112 is tenth on the list. Most likely still a step too far. :(

Congratulations to all those who have offers and have shared information.

Oh, I read it the opposite way, i.e. that the ranked list now went down to 109 in DA and then started again with top scorer out of DA down to 109, but that waiting list included all those with over 109.

Oh, that sounds plausible, yes. I don't suppose it makes much difference.

Steve - it could happen. Shall we all start persuading RM to take up that Abbey place? Fingers firmly crossed for you and your dd.
