I’m sure between us, we probably have the right knowledge of content, format and suitability for such a test. We can probably find a suitable location with desk/chairs and try to make out as realistic as possible.

We often did 15 minutes revision tests in McDonald's.
Helped DC in keeping concentration in very distractive environment, with breakfast at Mac being a treat before School.
