Dear All,

My son got just 112 in Slough 11 plus test.

Do you think there is any chance for him in either Upton Park or St Bernard's schools?

Many thanks

Yes your son does have a chance but the two schools have very different oversubscription criteria.
Your son has proved himself to be eligible for a grammar school place but obviously there may not be enough places for everyone.
Have a look at the criteria for each school as one consists a distance and a rank criteria the other has a faith criteria.

are you a catholic and have you submitted the priest's reference forms. If so, you will probably be fine for a place in St Bernards where children with these have a priority

I am Orthodox Christian and have sent our priest's reference forms. We live in Shepherd bush area of London - W12.

Thank you for replying to my email.
