Upton Court Grammar

Hi mazy,
I would prefer grammar my dd last year
Got first round offer from upton court I did lot of research it is a good
School don't listen to gossips I did quite a research I know
One of my friend he is in A levels doing brilliant and remember
Grammar schools have standards in teaching though I rejected offer as in second round
My dd got Herschel which she is going trust me there is not
Much difference

Also any idea about the which ranking in the wait lists would be good for LGS & Herschels??

My dd scored 116 last year and she was
Offered slough grammar which is now upton court and
She was on no5 waiting list in first round.after
a month we got offer from Herschel which I accepted
We were in hounslow so my dd got on rank order not
On catchment critirea hope I answered ur que let
Me know if u want to know something else

So After you accept the initial offer , whom should we inform if we plan to reject it and accept the new offer from another school?

hi priyajp,

Initially u accept the offer whatever u got.
If ur dd is in waiting list then u will be contacted by school if waiting list is moved and then
u can accept the offer, once u accepted this offer u should release ur initial offer by phoning
school thats it....
Process looks complicated but it is not...

I did went on there web site aswell as search on google on upton court grammar school but cannot fine how many % of student got a* in maths, english, biology, chemistry, physics. If anybody got those details please share that with me?

Even I did research about Upton court grammar school and it's really getting better since last 2 years and my son is going to start this school from 2014 sep. And I am so pleased...

My daughter got 115 marks. We opted Upton court as 1st preference, Langley as 2nd and Herschel as 3rd. but we didnt get any of these schools. We live in Hounslow. Just now got a mail from Herschel that my daughter is in wating list 8(in rank order) and 16 (in distance wise). i have not received any mail from Upton. could u share ur review abt Herschel grammar school. Thanks in advance.

My DD scored 117 and she got offered in Herschel. We live in Reading. Had marked Upton as second choice as I was not hopeful of getting a seat there with her score.
