Help!! No email confirmation recieved Berks consortium!!

I have submitted the online registration and finally uploaded pictures ... however, despite the page confirming I have registered and will receive a confirmation email with unique code.... I am still waiting a week later! Anyone know if this is usual or help in what to do??? I even tried again and same thing happened again tonight. Date to register is this Friday... so panicking ...HELP!
