Incorrect name on the slough results letter!!!!

Spoke with someone at HGS. Something went wrong with the mail merge so letters for children who did the test at Kendrick may have a mismatch between score and name/address. The letters for Reading School are unaffected (allegedly).

I called Langley school first and then Kendrick school...they know the issue and have requested to disregard the letter. they are planning to send the correct letter through 1st class post.

We posed this question to the lady at Herschel who said that all is fine as long as the child's name is correct for the parent/guardian address. Implies the score and child's name match up OK but they sent many results to the wrong addresses after a mail merge error.
