Goodness - if everyone thought it was easy then you don't need any more opinions!
I'm not sure if there is another sitting of the exam so please don't discuss the content on the forum

Re: 11 plus test Slough Consortium
It is possible to be mistaken about MC tests and think they are easier than they actually are.
It will be interesting to track those who said it was easy and see if they are able to secure a place.
I know of students who sat at Kendrick, Chelmsford, Woodford and Latymer and none of them said it was easy. Some of the timing was especially punishing as can be expected of CEM. DG

If the tests are easy then the results are tough and sometimes disappointing as well . Don't rely on what kids tell u. Just wait for results patiently as there is nothing else u can do at the moment.
But please remember these tests are never easy especially CEM as they are unpredictable. These tests are designed to separate the best among all able kids.
Keep fingers crossed and hope for the best.
One more thing all parents should remember that passing this test and getting admission is not the end for the future of ur kid but it is the very beginning. They have to work very hard from now on in extremely competitive environment to get good grades at GCSE and A levels to get into good universities and grammar school is just a stepping stone . It is the beginning of the end not the end.
Just an advice, please keep the kids grounded and that is what pays off in the long run.
Best of luck to all kids and their parents who keep waiting patiently for the bell to ring.
