CATs score in Year4

DS had CATs exam at school this year (Year 4) which covers 4 different abilities: verbal, non-verbal, spacial and maths. His overall score is 121 but VR is only 110. Do you think this indicates less chances to get success in 11+? We are aiming for Reading Boys Grammar school.

Any suggestions to improve VR and English skills are most welcome.
