I think the Slough Consortium 11 plus exams should be held on ONE day for all students (that goes for Slough Grammar or any other exam for that matter). Currently children in Slough schools sit on a Thurs and those from neighbouring counties on the following Saturday.
I understand that the exams are the same and some children sitting on Saturday have a slight advantage especially in Non-Verbal where they have found out what style of questions there were - and concentrate on these.
What do you people think?
Regards

I think you are right.... in & out of county should all sit on the same day. Slough grammar could hold theirs on a seperate day to the consortium as it is a different (but comparable) exam.
