Considering both the options. If there is no guarantee to get a seat in Bucks, I am considering daily commute...I am in a difficult position.

Hi my daughter has scored the same 117 in Slough consortium. Last year's data says that Upton court offered seats for score 114. but is it for catchment area only or merit basis? as we live outside the catchment area

Many thanks for your reply

If you have a look at the admissions page it will tell you what the admissions policy is.

Last year the highest score was 136 but this year it was 138. It looks like there is a possibility to get a seat in Upton court for that score..

Thanks for your reply Pothineni.. I think the chances are very weak for 117 to apply in general category. All this is very stressful, we are confused which schools to put down.

I thought you had a job in MK - how will this fit in with your child attending a Slough school?

1) Wife driving child to school
2) Chauffeur driving child to school
3) Minibus driving child to school
4) Giant catapault setup next to the Concrete Cows

(TFIC)

(And there's me worrying about whether a 6 Mile commute will be too tiring for DD...)
