Hi All,

Being an excited Dad to a DS who's just made the grade, could somebody post (or pm) details of the Reading School bus from Wokingham?

I have some details from the 'Transport Policy' pdf on the school website (cost, how many kids on it), but the three key questions are ; where, when and how long?

Cheers,

Rob

Only know about Local buses. I see Reading (uniformed; grey wedding suits) children catch the 190 along the Reading/Wokingham road at 7:45-7-50 for an 8:25 start. Presumably they then walk approx 15mins from drop off bus stop to school.

Hi wokinghamdad,

I have also been investigating bus travel, and have found a great site with timetables, maps, and journey planners.

Can be used for anywhere in the UK, to boot. :D

Will just have to test the routes out now, to see if they will work. Something to be looked into in the hols. :D

Traveline is a good site for general public transport, but it doesn't include details of contract school buses.
