The BBC is planning a documentary about 11-plus exams and have asked Eleven Plus Exams to assist in finding case studies in the West Midlands area. They have identified several possible students to follow through the selection process, and are now keen to explore other issues including cheating. They are particularly looking for anecdotal evidence of people obtaining papers in advance, sending other children to sit the exam, and even falsely claiming their children are dyslexic. If you think you may be able to provide information about this, please call Rachel MacManus on 0121 567 6187, email rachel.macmanus@bbc.co.uk or contact the website administrator on 11plus-bbc@ElevenPlusExams.co.uk. All information will be handled in total confidence. For the purposes of this research you do not necessarily need to be from the West Midlands.
