Does any one have an idea what is the PAN number at KEA for this year?

The PAN will be 104, the number of published places - what you really want to know I guess is how many over PAN the particular KE Head made offers to. In that why you will be able to assess the true waiting list.

An email to the foundation office requesting the information should do the trick (stating your childs name and candidate number)
