11 Plus Exams Forum

Hi, this is all completely new to me. I have just started looking at the world of 11+ for my DS and DD.
Could anyone advise of the format for the exam as there seems to be some confusion.
The Bond papers that I have bought are verbal reasoning, non VR, english and maths - is this right?

We would be looking towards the Birmingham KE schools.

I suggest you look at the 'sticky' at the top of the Birmingham section which details quite thorougly what was in the previous exams.

Was just confused as I had looked at the link posted by Mike 1880 which referred to the changes this year, where schools are coming together under one exam and went to Bham City Council site and KECH and KEFW both said children are tested on verbal reasoning, english and maths, but VR has not been mentioned in previous exams, hence the confusion.
