Year 3 is too soon! At that age it should be about building foundations for imbuing inquisitiveness and understanding.

There is also the huge probability that a DC will tire of the tuition in Y3, 4 and 5, and that their interest will diminish long before the end of Year 5.

We started our daughter in November of Y4 (she basically took up her brother's vacated tuition slot - it was the easiest thing to do). She peaked about January of Y5. Anyone starting in Y3 is setting themselves up for problems imho.
