Queen Marys High School
Just wondering if anyone on the forum has any experience of QMHS and the music provision there.
DD scored a fairly good mark for the school but we have some concerns. She is a keen musician and more into that than books and studying by a long shot. She plays cello and saxophone in private lessons and three ensembles.
Any other advice regarding QMHS and general school life there would be greatly appreciated. Is there more homework and pressure? I went to my local comprehensive and my husband the school of life so we are a bit ignorant when it comes to the world of grammar schools.
