KEF results sharing?
I have heard that people who took the B'ham consortium test have received letters from KEF school encouraging them to apply to the indie schools. Do you think KES or KEHS are informed of scores in the consortium test as they are all part of the same foundation? Or would that go against data protection?
Re: KEF results sharing?
I presume by applying to do the Consortium exams you agree to sharing of data within the consortium. I believe they send the letters to all who applied for the free schools.
Re: KEF results sharing?
Several people have said that they were invited to apply by KES this year when they had not expressed any interest to the school directly, so it might be the case that this had happened. I am not aware of this happening in previous years.
I don't think that they should be exchanging info without proper consent though. Last year, they asked DS his marks at the KES interview which I think was a bit cheeky of them.

I also got a letter to apply for DS1 last year.
