Okanagan, I would like to say that you have done a great job coordinating the results information and providing vital info to DPs. You are a great asset to this forum. May you continue for many years to come.

Excellent.

Seconded. In fact, a big thank you to all the mods who run the site which is packed full of useful information for parents and an invaluable resource during the 11plus "experience".

Z-g, have you worked out the years they sit the exams from now??!! Well my DS is year 3, so 2016 for us too.

Congratulations to all of you. Must be extra relief for those of you like reeyah who wanted a place with siblings. HappyDad had a lot of ups and downs, glad that you came through in the end.

Um has been quiet...... maybe she has finally got some sleep!

Agree, Okanagan was a great help in keeping up with events.

Thanks all. I've not had time to congratulate you all individually - but well done to all your dc's.

And to those who haven't got places, and in particular those for whom that news was such that they didn't want to post it here, it really will seem better with time. Look back in a year's time when your children are settled in their new schools and thriving on the opportunity to be the class stars and you'll maybe be glad that you aren't committed to long commutes / extra pressure / more homework / whatever for the next seven years.
