Looks like a wind up. Look at the number of posts created by these posters. Looks like they registered today.

Some Warks parents have received their allocation letters today (rare efficiency from Royal Mail) but no-one has received their emails yet ...

He may have come under Lichfield, but I was dubious too. As I said, not to be taken as gospel.

To be fair if it was a person from Staffordshire they may have had offers like some other counties. Not helpful though for people waiting.

I suggest you have a word with Sutton Dad and ask him to 'fess up' and admit that he might be telling a white lie. DPs are anxious as it is without this nonsense- I suspect he might be a disgruntled Villa fan.

Bit of a mess here in T&W...

We had the email from T&W saying "The national offer day as outlined in the School Admissions Code is 1st March 2015, this day falls on a weekend and is not a working day, we are unfortunately not able to disclose the outcome of applications before this date." but most have received letters today.

Not everyone has had their letter yet and some have received rejection letters from TT but not the LA letter!

The emails haven't arrived yet, despite them saying they would arrive before the letter and the website is still showing the application page!

So true, Mark, initially they advertised emails to be sent late on Friday, then changed it to Monday two days ago! I thought the emails were encouraged to save the money to the council, but everyone gets letters anyway! It looks like the Post Office was more efficient than predicted for some, leaving not much point in emails. We are lucky though, because there are areas were the letters are posted on Monday second class!
