Acceptance delivered. Hard work paid off. What will be will be. If children work hard they will be rewarded. We are all very lucky to be in this position. All of these schools have great qualities.

Sorry to be pedantic but some children work really hard and are not rewarded with a place.

Totally agree.

Pinkhousemum deserves her moment for everything life has thrown at her family. I can understand the tear. Surprised it was just the one!!!

Q, there may have been more than one tear!

I feel very much for children who haven't gained their places. I also believe that all the children are pretty special and will do very well wherever they go. I have been through a lot with my other two children (both of whom, for different reasons, would never take the 11+). I love them all equally and they are making their own individual journeys through life.
