Answering Mathhs/Numerical questions
Dear All
In light of the fact that children are expected to shade answers on the answer sheet as indicated on the sample sheets sent by KE schools.
Dn asked whether he has to write the numerical figure on empty boxes on top of the shading columns ASWELL as shading. e.g. if answer is 38 then to physically make a record of 38 as well as shading in the columns 3 and 8
I think yes both are required . Is this correct? OR are the children only expected to shade in answers?
Also the sample sheets indicate tests will be marked by computer. How is this possible for CLOZE types test where missing letters need to written in the boxes?? Endless range of writing styles and I certainly dont think computer will be able to compute dn messy writing

Re: Answering Mathhs/Numerical questions
As far as I understand is they shade and write the number. With the cloze tests I think they give them about 5 letters to choose from to shade in underneath the gaps. Does that make sense?
Not 100% sure but that's what I've seen on the practice tests
