KES Result on Thursday 11th or Friday12th?

We have just received our letter. My son recieved an offer with a scholarship. So proud of him again.

We have a huge desicion now.

Is it going to be QM where his friends are all going or KES.

We will discuss and make our minds up after the opening evening at the end of the month.

Not good news for us im afraid. We didnt get the AP we were after but they did say he could have a full fee place which we just cannot afford.
DS will be so gutted!
Now the wait continues to 1st March.

He was offered a place though - huge achievement! Maybe call the school and see if there is a waiting list for AP? Congratulations to your DD x

Do not be too disheartened.

You know your son is of the calibre and of the intellectual ability to warrant a place at KES. That means wherever he ends, Handsworth Boys or KE Aston the future is his if he grasps it with both hands.

The competition is toughest for those assisted places.
