Hello my DS took the kes test but I don't think I received any information about the interview dates.

What 'yellow paper' are you guys talking about? Don't remember seeing one!

What does it actually say?

The yellow paper was given to us when we dropped the children for the exam. It had information on how and when to collect. It also said that interviews will be held between 31st October and the beginning of December.
Results announced on 9th Dec

I wanted to ask the same thing. I haven't heard of anyone getting the call yet.

Thinking aloud since the exams were so early the whole process may be more lengthy or a new headmaster a slightly different process.

I think you are right quasi, with results not due till December, it is a longer process than before and there were an additional 300 applicants.

Considering DS3's (lack of) writing skills, I really don't think we will be getting a call but still can't help but keep checking my phone. Although I guess he might be a borderline interview...

I had given up, thinking they would have called by now! How do you know there were an extra 300 candidates? Does that mean there were about 1100? I can't really see how that helps KES really - presumably lots of those candidates have now had their 11 plus results and won't be considering KES even if they do get an offer. So they could end up with a lot more rejections.
