Is the Walsal Academy a good school compared to other schools in Walsall.

Yes, the Academy is very good and will keep improving as it becomes more established. I believe that it is second only to the Queen Mary's Grammar Schools (although many people rate Aldridge Comp). If your child has the chance and lives in the catchment area, then I'd put it high on your selection list as competition is fierce!
