KEFW Over PAN

Dear all just out of interest thought i'd let you know that at the head's speech on wednesday he hold us that there had been 154 pupils who took up a place 'cause the foundation office offered over PAN and more pupils accepted a place than they thought would - he also said that if all pupils who had been offered a place accepted an offer they would be duty bound to give them a place.
So for all those expecting movement off the waiting list ...... forget it i'm afraid
