Misbourne headship

I see from the Bucks Free Press that Jon Howard-Drake has now left The Misbourne. Not before time IMHO.
I'd be interested to understand whether Misbournians welcome this move and any views out there on the new Head. (I'm assuming the new Head is already in place but that isn't entirely clear from the news reports.)
