Standardised Score - 121

Post by svg123 »

I am trying to find out how much a child born in Dec' 2000 should score to be above the cut-off 121?
Thanks in advance

Nobody knows - it changes every year so that about 30% qualify ... there is some data from last year in a sticky.

Is there any limit on who sits the paper?

If more children than normal sit the paper does this reduce the number that pass and therefore the pass rate could be less than 30% based on the fact there are only a certain number of places?

Strange the things I am thinking about at the moment......

Yes anyone can sit the papers but cohorts are tending to be smaller - there have always been 'spare' GS places so I can't see there will be an issue.
