Interesting article here.

Suggests that Grammars should be ranked on how many pupils get A and A*. Also interesting findings about how Grammar performance varies, depending on how wealthy that area is.

So how would they compare grammars in places like Bucks & Kent where 30% of children go, to super selectives where the top 1% go? I suspect the differences are more down to that than socio-economics. Presumably non grammar schools in grammar school areas would be judged differently to comprehensives too :D ?
