I've not heard this rumour - I thought all admissions were still on distance. Where is this on their admissions policy?

It won't be on the Borlase admission policy, because it is not policy yet, however, I think it might be in the public consultation. .
Also think it might be possible that Chesham High could be considering lowering their admission criteria slightly, as they always have spaces. ie lower than 120
Presuming this will be for Sept 2014, but who knows ??

Then this might also be for late admission too (year 8 or year 9).

But why do Chesham always have spaces available?

I always thought Chesham High had spaces because it was such an out of the way place to get to - if you don't live in the area !
Sure there is a more legitimate reason !

It's not really out of the way, but on the border of other counties so people have other choices. It's a good school!

If its not out of the way and a good school, then why do they have spaces in most year groups?
