Late transfer Allocations 2013

Post by sana15 »

Hi the late transfer allocations are on the BBC website, can someone please explain did everyone in catchment for BHS get a place as it does not show any distance?
Thank you

The Profile states:
Applicants offered under rule (b)(c) (siblings catchment) 8
That suggests to me that some girls living in catchment received places, but not all.

So for BGS does it mean that applicants in catchment first were all offered and then siblings?

Burnham Grammar:
Applicants offered under rule (2)(3) (catchment siblings) 3
This is in line with their Admissions Policy.

We passed for SHF but letter received- No Place Available for 13+ Late Transfer yesterday. Bucks CC were very helpful and confirmed we are currently 3rd on waiting list, two infront being in catchment (we are out of Catchment-just by less than 1 mile). Should we appeal now or just wait as so close in waiting list?
Thanks for any advice.
