I must be thick but I don't know how to do the codes without writing the number above the word. I don't trust myself to get the answer right. If I do make a mistake it's very evident. Patricia, please help by explaining how you do it.How are you approaching the codes, my children do NOT write the out separately the code on top of the word [ or vice versa] they do NOT write out the sequence eg +1+2+3+4+5......
