Move to High Wycombe delayed -need info

Post by Chintudi »

We were planning to move to High Wycombe by end of June /Early July. But there has been delay due to my partner's job situation. Based on the current circumstances it looks difficult to move before end of the year.

Can someone please clarify by when we should have an address in the county to stand a chance for grammar school place. We have got DC registered for the exam. Should we be having a county address before the CAF deadline or by March when the allocation takes place. Is it possible to get the home address amended after the CAF has been submitted.
Many Thanks in advance.

The general list of key dates is here: http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/education/sch ... key-dates/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You need to be living at your new address by 14th November 2013 for most Bucks Schools. However you must check the 2014 Admissions Policy of each school to which you wish to apply in case they have an earlier date. (Where that is the case it is likely you will have missed it because it is usually 18 months prior to the date of admission.)

Thanks Sally-Anne. I will have a look at the school admission policy.
