Any clue as to what the pass mark will be on the new tests ?

Hi All,

I haven't posted on here for a while but September is looming ever closer. DD due to sit the new style test and I wondered if anyone had a rough idea of what percentage may be needed to get the magic 121 ! I appreciate we have nothing to compare it to but I I have to admit to becoming slightly concerned re DD's progress. She's pretty solid on the comprehension and vocabulary side of things but unfortunately fairly inconsistent and sometimes painfully slow on the maths.

I would say she's averaging around 86%. I know this would not be a sufficient for the old 11+ but haven't a clue how this would fare as a mark this year.

Obviously everyone is in the dark but wondered if anyone had any thoughts ?

Hope everyone is going well with any preparation for this test !!

I would have thought 86% was pretty good.

I am only aware of the percentage of the marks for the exam itself.
maths 30%
NV reasoning 20%
VR (comp, vocab, cloze) 50%

I do empathise with you - my DD is slower with the maths too.
Will be so glad when it is all over.
