Bucks approx. pass mark as percetage

Hi,
Sorry if this may have been asked before (cannot find) do we know approx. what 121 = to as percentage yet for this year, any data available.

For eg previously we knew 88-92% was pass mark for Bucks. Do we know what we are looking at now... someone said 69% to me, is this correct?
