Hello

I just wondered what happens if there are extra places do they go to OOC children who got 121 and above or do the Bucks children who live nearby get a chance to appeal?

Places are allocated in order of the admission rules for each school, which are essentially catchment then distance (whether that is in or out of county). It is illegal under the Greenwich Judgement 1989 for admission authorities to discriminate solely on the basis of their administrative boundaries.

Bucks children who have not scored 121 or above have the right to a Selection Review and/or Appeal, as do OoC children.
