primary school pass rates

Post by devoncoast »

Hello,

Please could anyone advise if it is possible to find out average 11+ pass rates for different primary schools as we are trying to decide between two different areas and so these results would be a useful gauge for us if it is possible to access this information?

Thank you

If you scroll right down to the bottom of this page you will find stats for all Bucks schools for the last 4 years. http://www.buckscc.gov.uk/education/sch ... olicy-hub/" onclick="window.open(this.href);return false;

You would be well-advised to look at all four years, because results can vary a great deal from year to year depending on the ability of the tested cohort.

Remember this year the test changes to CEM so things may be different; we have no data on that yet.

That is really helpful thanks. Can you tell me if the 2013 data is on the older system or does this data include the changed test style?

Many thanks

2013 entry is old test - new test came into use for 2014 entry.

You probably need to ask individual schools ... I believe there were some differences in qualification rates from previous years.
