Hi everyone, has anyone got a child at Burnham Grammar and commute from Hillingdon? The commute doesn't seem bad but just wondering how the kids do cope? Also socially, kids seem to come from every where so how do kids "just hang out"?
Thanks

I don't know about Hillingdon, but yes, pupils come from a wide area & it can be difficult socially. A lot of the "hanging out" is done on the school coaches for Bucks children.

Thanks for the reply.

Is that school coaches that the schools run? I do feel sorry for kids that are commuting in, more because that your friends are just scattered around!

Bucks County Council runs the school coaches, but I don't know about out of county ones if there are any. The school may be able to help you.
