how is the 121 mark arrived?
Is it based on no. of pupil written with reference to no of seats available at grammar schools in bucks?

Yes - it's 'adjusted' each year - there are limited numbers of places - so in a large cohort you have to do better to qualify!!

No it was average - the last 'big' cohort is in Y9
