Its just that i am more interested to know which type is it ...would the cem practice material come.to any use or do i need to buy gl test papers. I am sure you would agree that the information on the link is very general.

Have you done a search for info on here? I'm pretty sure the onine is CEM but you will know when you can access the practice material. We did very little for 12+ as there were only 7 practice questions given before CEM.

No, CEM is not the 21 types. That is the old system. Same preparation as for the 11plus.
