Thanks for thinking of us Hope....

We are going to appeal for our over-subscribed catchment grammar on 16 July - 15 others appealing as well so not raising our hopes.

Have accepted SHF and Master Elf expecting to go there - will let you know where we end up

Is he going to SHF induction day?

Hi, yes he is going to induction day, I am going to the parents evening on Monday, we have filled in all the forms (piles of them!!) and are on the transport waiting list for a place on the school bus.

We have only heard good news about SHF if we can find a way of getting him there and as long as he only finds friends with specific postcodes (at least 10 miles this side of Aylesbury

) it will all be fine!

Good luck on the 16th.

I also have only heard good things about SHF, the daughter of a close friend of mine started there last year and absolutely loves it.

Hope that you can sort out the transport issues if the appeal is not sucessful.
