anyone know how big the gaps are between the exams?
im guessing maybe 10 mins and 20 mins but does anyone know from past experience , im trying a mock exam tomorrow and wanted to time it as accurately as possible
Hi
There is a short break of a few of minutes between the English and maths papers. If absolutely necessary the children may use the loo. Normally they remain at their desks while the papers are collected and the next lot handed out.
After the maths exam there is a small break, 15-20 mins approx. They can eat their snack at this point, chat to their friends, go to the loo, etc.

Re: thank you
The letter should tell you the essentials when it arrives.chelmsford dad wrote:so will information of what they can bring on the day be included in the letter nearer the time? im guessing pencil and rubber, snack and drink then?
The 'frequently asked questions' in the csse site can provide you more info

from pg6/7
Edit The child should bring pencils, pen, a ruler and a rubber. No electronic calculator/ watch with a calculator built in.
