Don't understand what it means - Please help !

The ranked position for each school is the important number.

For colchester and chelmsford there is only one list. She is unlikely to get into chelmsford ranked 300, colchester is closer but at present there are not enough results listed to judge where the cut of point for admissions is.

The other schools have in and out of catchment admission lists and I do not know what sort of numbers they admit from each to help you. Are you in catchment or not?

No, not in either catchment.

This is really confusing !

I would hazard a guess that she has gained a place at either Southend or Westcliff.
