OMG!!!!!!!JUST BEEN OFFERED A PLACE AT CRGS.I have been reading this forum for nearly a year and finally logged on as I just had to tell everyone.many thanks to chelmsford mum and many more who have kept me going.It has been a long wait however wish it had happened earlier but how can I grumble!!!!!!!Apparently place was given up as boy could not do the journey anymore as it was too far.Good luck to maymum and fizzwizz? SORRY IN A TIZZ!!!!!!

Thanks again .Going to view school again so DS totally sure its not up to me really is it?A bribe might do it he said as long as he goes to well known coffee bar he will go!!!!!LOL.

Many many congratulations I am so pleased for you.

We got a late place after DS was on waiting list for what seemed an age.

It really is a lovely school and all the boys are so friendly your DS will make friends in no time at all.

Was your son thrilled or had he just got used to his new school? I only ask because I have seen some of the threads with Maymum for example and wondered whether your DS was going to make the move happily now or say he wanted to stay at his existing school.

Also have you managed to get place on a bus, school uniform etc?

Hope it all goes really smoothly, bet you just wish that the place had come up before the beginning of term.
