Transport Ingatestone to SHSG

Can anybody tell me if there is a bus that goes to SHSG from anywhere near Ingatestone? I know there isn't a consortium bus, but has a private bus been arranged or does everyone use the train/bus route to/from Southend Victoria? Thanks for your help.

Hi, haven't been on here for a long time but this is the very thing that sent me into a blind panic so I hope I can be of help. My dd is in year 9 at shsg and travels on the c2c line. I nearly gave up her place when I realised that there was no consortium bus. So glad I didn't! It has never been a problem. In fact it is quite a social event. They have 'school' friends and 'train' friends. She has a group of friends that travel from Billericay. The best thing to do is to travel on the train for a few mornings if you can to see how you both feel. That's what we did. Good luck to your dd for next week.
